and occasionaly 'I Hate Myself And Want To Die'
(although is also the title of another Nirvana song. Weird!)
I have actually never found the song in this key but it works best for my voice but mess around and put it in whatever key suits you. Most of the versions i've heard are in D and that includes the one from the "second sub-pop album" demos which have only been released on bootleg. Anyway here it is.

There are loads of different versions of the songs solo so we decided that it would be better and less confusing if we left it out. It's better just to improvise with pentatonic minor scales
over the powerchords.
This an example of a pentatonic minor scale (demonstrating in E, open then an octave higher, but the same pattern apllies for every position):
